Pre-registration Pharmacist Development Program Terry White Chemists have been committed to developing young Pre-registration Pharmacists throughout Australia for a number of years. Through the process of formal education and on-the-job training we have successfully assisted many Pharmacists into management and ownership within a relatively short timeframe. The Terry White Chemists Pre-registration Development Program is delivered in-house by industry experts, and is unique to Terry White Chemists. Pre-registration Pharmacists have the opportunity to attend up to 70 hours of quality education. The program was designed to compliment the PSA course and the Degree program. Our objective is to bridge the gap between theory and practice, resulting in better Pharmacists and better Community health outcomes. The program consists of a number of practical day seminars covering clinical pharmacy, retailing, community pharmacy and business management. Offered annually by correspondence or attendance. Pre-registration Pharmacist Recruitment Program A national recruitment drive for top quality pharmacy graduates occurs in July every year. Pre-registration Pharmacists are recruited to work in our pharmacies Australia-wide. Our pharmacies are selected for their ability to provide the best on-the-job training and experience for the Pre-registration Pharmacist. Pre-registration Pharmacists are exposed to dispensing and patient counselling in accordance with the Terry White Chemists 'Professional Service Protocols', whilst acquiring knowledge in all aspects of pharmacy.
